Flames sitting in 7th place at Bulldog Invite
LINCOLN, Neb. – Playing 36 holes of golf in one day makes for a long day.
The Flames battled Monday in the Concordia Bulldog Spring Invite and sit in seventh place out of 11 teams. CSM shot a 352 on the first 18 holes and then had a 339 on the second 18.
"I'm super proud of the team," CSM Coach Keri Rodriguez said. "It was a long day with 36 holes. It was cold and windy and we kept up our mental game."
Iowa Western Community College leads the way with a 310-323—633 for the two-day tourney.

"The ladies all stepped up," Rodriguez said. "Lexi shot her personal best with the 85 on the second 18."
The tournament continues Tuesday with an additional 18 holes. The shotgun start is at 8:30 a.m.
