HASTINGS, Neb. – The College of Saint Mary tennis team wrapped up the fall season Saturday at the Bronco Invite.

Hastings College hosted the invitational at the Doris Becker Tennis Facility.

CSM's Iyaanah Pardiwalla and Yana Gupta were both defeated Saturday morning in the 1-2 pool. Pardiwalla lost 6-3 to her opponent from Hastings and Gupta fell 6-4 to her opponent from Baker University.

Flames' Carolyna Truong was beaten 8-3 by her Hastings opponent in the 3-4 pool.

Teammate Miranda Swanson batted to an 8-7 loss to her Hastings opponent and then retired due to illness with a score of 1-1 to a Hastings opponent in the 5-6 pool. Also for the Flames, Darece Van Auken was defeated 8-2 by her Hastings opponent in the 5-6 pool.

"From now until the end of the year we have technical and tactical changes to make," CSM Coach Mike Johnson said. "We look forward to coming back in the spring season in top form."
